It’s that time again when we release another episode of never-before-heard tunes, aka the one, the only…Cardboard Sessions.

This intimate jam session brings together world-renowned artists, and with them, they bring unfiltered creativity. Producing music that’s sure to be added to your favorite playlist. It’s all possible thanks to our collaboration with Dave Lee and Marc Wiernga (you know, the guys from Signal Snowboards who help us make just about anything out of cardboard) It’s the kind of partnership that brings music to our ears.

In our third episode, our paper Fender Stratocaster and corrugated drum kit share the center stage with two new musicians: Reignwolf and Brad Wilk from Rage Against the Machine.

AN UNLIKELY DUO: ROCK LEGENDS X CARDBOARD.

The latest unique tunes are courtesy of two incredibly talented artists who hail from the Pacific Northwest: Reignwolf on our paper guitar and Brad Wilk on the corrugated drum kit.

Reignwolf has been playing guitar and serving as lead vocalist for the band since it was founded in 2012. Known for its indie and blues sound, Reignwolf was quickly named one of “10 New Artists You Need to Know” by Rolling Stones. Reignwolf has toured across several continents, playing with the likes of Black Sabbath and The Who and performing at huge festivals like Lollapalooza and Music Midtown.

On drums, we have the award-winning Brad Wilk, who co-founded Rage Against the Machine in 1991. But that’s just one of the many legendary rock bands he’s played with. He’s also toured the world with Audioslave, Black Sabbath, Prophets of Rage and Pearl Jam. Brad’s impressive resume has certainly been noticed—winning numerous awards, including two Grammys.

Reignwolf and Brad are known for their high-energy performances, and together, they’re unstoppable. With no scripts and no filters, their creativity is unmatched. Raw talent and unbelievable tunes.

There wouldn’t be Cardboard Sessions without our paper instruments. And we wouldn’t have our corrugated stars without our Senior Design Specialists. It’s their innovative minds and can-do attitudes that created our paper Fender Stratocaster and drum kit, and a whole bunch of other paper pieces.
